Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Times & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by the Company.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the chosen shipping method, destination, and package weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when applicable). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the package becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not able to predict or control these costs.
